OUR STORY

The year was 2019. We, Bethany and Josiah, had each separately taken a year after graduating high school to travel on missions with YWAM. When we met in our breakout group at college, we instantly became friends. Both of us had a lot of things we were carrying inside and neither of us were looking for a relationship. It just so happens that we started a relationship! We knew there would be challenges ahead, but we couldn't help but feel as though the Lord was leading us into something beautiful. We got married the following year in 2020 and our daughter, Eden, was born in 2021. Our eyes are being opened to the way God sees marriage and children and we want to share that with everyone else on similar journeys. In November 2021, we felt that God was calling us toward a radical redirection of life. It was time to step up, fully rely on God for everything, and use our giftings to spread truth. We are particularly passionate about helping the rest of our fellow Gen Z'ers come to know the truth behind God's design for family as we also discover this truth. We chose to be called Arrows because of the verse Psalm 127:4-5

"Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
    are children born in one’s youth.
Blessed is the man
    whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
    when they contend with their opponents."

We have our first arrow, Eden, and we are the warriors. We want to help train young parents like us to be warriors ready to aim and fire their arrows in the fight for the Kingdom of God.
